General maintenance support and home air care coordination

INCAPIE HVAC LLC provides scheduled filter replacements, material coordination, and general maintenance support to help keep your home air clean. We do not perform licensed HVAC work—we support what you already have in place.

We're not a licensed HVAC contractor

INCAPIE HVAC LLC does not perform system diagnostics, mechanical or electrical repairs, equipment installation, or refrigerant handling. Any work requiring a state HVAC license is outside our scope and must be performed by a licensed contractor.

Materials provided as-is

INCAPIE HVAC LLC supplies filters, parts, and equipment for your convenience. All items are provided as-is. We are not responsible for installation, compatibility, or performance issues resulting from third-party installation or misuse.

Scheduling, fees, and access requirements

To keep visits smooth and on time, we require an accurate address and safe access to your equipment. Missed appointments, no-shows, or last-minute cancellations may result in a visit fee. Clear scheduling helps us serve you better.

What's included in your plan

Our plans include scheduled filter replacements and routine air care. They do not include repairs, system diagnostics, installations, or any work requiring a licensed HVAC contractor. Please review each plan for full details.
